COUNSELING SERVICES As a counselor with 20 years of experience, I truly enjoy listening to others and supporting them on their healing journey. I believe all people have value, and deserve to be treated with dignity and worth. I am very relational and compassionate in my approach to counseling. Throughout treatment, I incorporate LifeSpan Integration into sessions. This therapy has been very successful at helping reduce emotional pain in clients, as well as helping relieve the effects of trauma. As clients feel better, their outlook on life becomes more positive, and solutions to problems become easier to access. Love of self and others also increases. Also a Christian, I believe that rather than learning to manage our pain, we were created to heal from it. From healing, a life of joy and freedom are possible.. SUPERVISION SERVICES Even after 20 years of being a counselor,I remember my beginning years filled with many questions, moments of insecurity, and times of feeling a bit overwhelmed. I so appreciated my supervisors who gave me compassionate, helpful support along the way. I now consider it an honor to journey with LMHCAs as they get established and fulfill their hours. I offer not only practical help and assistance, but also a compassionate listening ear.
